Brand Positioning

Our brand positioning services help businesses deeply understand how they fit into the market landscape and how they need to manifest for their success at every level. This work begins with a discovery session, which is provided as a structured workshop for our clients' leadership teams. Once established, our clients' positioning statements become the North Star for their businesses, informing decisions at all levels of their endeavor.

Assessment & Planning

Once our clients' positioning is locked down, we take a deep dive into their existing brand, content, infrastructure, tools, platforms, and services to reveal gaps, inconsistencies, and places that need alignment with their brand strategy and positioning work. From that assessment, we work with our clients to plan a road map, defining specific actions, technologies, platforms, and executions, setting budget, duration, and the measures of success.

Production & Implementation

Using our road map as a guide, we work closely with our clients to fulfill their vision. Based on project scope, budget, and need, we provide some services directly or through our network of providers, and provide support and training for areas our clients will fulfill themselves.

Our Director of Development, Bill Sutton, brings over three decades of experience in technology, business leadership, branding, operations, and communications. His clients have included start-ups, nonprofits, Fortune 100 companies, and governmental agencies.
