Quality and Service Issues
Scott Parsons, a customer who gave 2 stars, had a negative experience with Impress Graphics. He picked up signage for a customer, but found small bubbles in the vinyl, two of which were not center-cut. Additionally, some logos were pixilated, which was a concern as they were being printed in large scale. Despite asking for a professional heads-up, no one was able to address his concerns onsite, and he paid for the order and chose not to return due to the issues. He does not recommend Impress Graphics and will not be returning for future projects.

On the other hand, almost all of the other customers had extremely positive experiences with Impress Graphics. Several praised the great job they did, stating that the quality was high, the service was excellent, and the projects were completed on time.
