Our Beginnings

Moving Targets was founded on the idea that small to midsize companies should have the same marketing opportunities as large companies without the hefty price tag. Our founders, Jay Siff and Stu Duckman, were looking for a new business venture in 1992 when a friend suggested an idea for helping small businesses grow by mailing new residents in their neighborhood. Through a mutual connection, Jay and Stu were able to partner with a direct mail company that helped pioneer new resident mailings for large businesses. Today, that company is one of the largest and most accurate data suppliers in the business, but they are very selective and typically only work with the world's largest marketers.

Moving Targets, by aggregating lots of small business customers, is able to gain access to this valuable data and provide it to our clients for a fraction of what it would cost otherwise. This ensures that we can bring these exclusive data and printing capabilities to you, our valued clients.

As our company evolved, we entered the digital world of email and social media. But one thing didn't change - we are still aggregating lots of small businesses to connect with large suppliers. Today, we are partners with companies like Facebook, Google, Yelp, and other digital marketing giants. In 2020, the founders decided to retire, and long-time employee John DiBacco purchased the company, continuing our legacy of helping small businesses grow.
