The comfort zone is the great enemy of creativity

At Mondo, we are a Vermont-based video and photography company with a passion for creating engaging visual campaigns for marketing agencies and businesses. With over 15 years of experience, we specialize in producing high-quality videos and photos that effectively communicate your message to your audience. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, from concept to delivery, ensuring that your project meets your expectations.

What Sets Us Apart

We pride ourselves on being extremely nimble and efficient. We can quickly adapt to your needs, often starting production within two weeks of your initial contact. Our agility allows us to deliver projects promptly without compromising on quality. Whether we're shooting on location or in our Vermont studio, our team is designed to be mobile and efficient.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who share a passion for storytelling through video and photography. Luke Q. Stafford, our founder and creative director, has a deep love for video production and a strong connection to Vermont. Shane McFalls, our head videographer and art director, brings extensive experience in video production, and Josh Steele, our photographer, offers a unique perspective through his lens. Together, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project.

History

Our journey began in the late 1980s with Luke's fascination with video production. From his first video project in the 8th grade to his work in the marketing department at a Vermont ski resort, Luke's passion for video continued to grow. In 2010, he founded Mondo, marking the beginning of our company's journey. Since then, we've worked with numerous clients, expanding our services to include digital marketing and website development. In 2019, we refocused solely on video production, allowing us to concentrate on what we do best.
