Amy is a seasoned marketing professional who has spent most of her life in this field. She loves finding creative ways to help clients grow and thrive, and she is passionate about delivering exceptional results. Amy is a graduate of Purdue University and has lived in Montgomery County for most of her life. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Robb, and their two children, Karsten and Shea. Amy's hobbies include traveling, coffee, and the beach.

*Katrina Winter, Office Manager*

Katrina is our office manager and client advertising specialist. She has been with Blue Marketing since 2015 and enjoys collaborating with her amazing coworkers. Katrina has three wonderful and crazy kids, Quinn, Cambria, and Jayce, and loves spending time with them on adventures. She enjoys reading, singing, and being with her friends and family.

*Kelli Hawk, Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant*

Kelli has over 20 years of experience in the marketing and design field. She is a strategic thinker, innovative designer, and creative problem solver. Kelli lives in Indiana with her husband, Jed, and their son, and loves spending time outside and planting and harvesting her veggie garden.

Mikey is our freelance videographer, and his work is simply amazing! We are proud to have him on our team, and his valuable videographer experience is second to none. Mikey also has an amazing voice, but he refuses to sing for us.
