Our Team

Our team is led by CEO Renee Plain, who founded IPSM nearly a decade ago. Renee has a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Minor in Communications from the University of California, Davis. Under her guidance, IPSM has received numerous regional and national awards for its work. Our Chief Marketing Officer, Kathie Taylor, APR, manages content development and campaign strategies. Together, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their full potential.
