MMI Group has a rich history of innovation and adaptability. Founded by Frank Polizzi in 1984, the company has continued to evolve and innovate over the years. MMI pioneers "Bonus Insurance Marketing, " which allows insurance to be charged at no cost to customers during an initial trial period, a practice now widely used throughout the direct response industry. Frank was the 2002 recipient of the Direct Marketing Association's Financial Services Council Executive of the Year. MMI Group has continued this tradition of innovation, developing groundbreaking processes like "Automatic-Upgrade" to provide customers with a complimentary introductory benefit for a certain period of time, with an automatic upgrade to a higher, pre-determined benefit level later.
