After one year and a previous failed attempt with a different reinstatement company, Green Thumb has reinstated my Google Business Reviews. Their weekly status updates were especially appreciated. Thank you Green Thumb Local! I highly recommend this company, they were very honest and reasonably priced. My google business profile was suspended and I wasnt able to get it back ip myself. So scary the thought of losing my profile with all of my 5 star reviews that took years to collect! I reached out to a couple of different companies and I felt Green Thumb Local seemed like they were an honest company and had good reviews. Our situation was extremely complex this is a real review from a real small business established in 1970. We had our very long standing Google Profile suspended. We hired another company to try to get it released. The appeal took over 4 weeks and it was denied this likely cost us over 40k being down. I was advised to delete our suspended profile and open another one. We lost over 150 reviews, then we had to start from scratch. Then 1 week later our NEW profile got suspended and they went silent, then we found Green Thumb. I was skeptical at first due to the promises of the previous company.
These are the facts,
They got the new profile released in 5 days.
Then they did something I didn't even think was possible, They recovered a DELETED SUSPENDED profile.
Waiting on profiles to merge. If we ever have issues in the future there will be no question on who we have saved for a contact. The amount of stress that could of been avoided by contacting them first is unmeasurable.

I lost my google listing due to "inactivity" through my google business profile. Tried to do the appeal myself but of course google denied me. This is a current issue with several owner operators on the google platform, so much that I was referred to this company from another owner operator from a tow group on facebook so I was a little skeptical. I reached out to this company, provided as much info as I could to prove my business was legit, and they had my listing back active within a couple

Super appreciative of their work to fix our GMB profile. We set it up and immediately got suspended for unknown reasons from Google. Tried appealing ourselves to the same thing. They saved our google business profile. We were suspended for a vague list of reasons and couldnt figure out what we were doing wrong. After only a couple weeks, Greenthumb was able to work with google support and get our profile reinstated with all our google reviews!

Woke up one morning and out of no where, my GMB account was suspended. I had no idea what to do. We all know the big G like to suspend GBP for no particular reason, and I have looked into many companies that should be able to help getting re-instated. Green Thumb is the only one I found that charges a reasonable rate, AND you don't pay until after you're re-instated! After a couple of months of trying on our own, they got two of our service area profiles re-instated fairly quickly. I highly recommend them when the G isn't showing your service business the love it deserves.
