Meet the founders, Erika Cunha and Melanie Cain, who have more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Before starting Spearhead Marketing Group, we spent years honing our craft and gaining hands-on experience in every step of the process, from driving trucks and building tents to designing intricate event sets and managing large teams of vendors and local staff.
