Our Story

At The Marketing Distillery, we believe that a successful go-to-market strategy is the key to launching a new business, product, or brand. With 35 years of combined marketing and product experience, our team has developed expertise in all areas necessary to ensure a launch campaign is a success. Our team's passion is helping new companies get started, or existing companies launch new brands, divisions, or products. We've done it in various settings and have the scars to prove it. But we wouldn't change any of it. We are also passionate about things within our spheres of expertise and are not shy about expressing these passions and attendant opinions.

Launch Activities

Our launch activities can include PR, social media presence creation and management, brand identity development, digital marketing, email campaigns, database creation, ambassador programs, launch events, and more. But it's all dependent on the strategy. We believe that every go-to-market project should have a sound, well-thought-out strategy behind it.

Measure and Monitor

Analytics is our middle name. We help you define success metrics and benchmarks and put in place the tools to track your launch versus these metrics. We believe in partnerships and performance-based compensation. We will consider equity participation as part of our fees.

Our team has 35 years of marketing and product experience. That's depth. We have breadth too, as we have developed expertise in all the areas that will be needed to ensure your go-to-market campaign is a success. And we have the tried-and-tested relationships and partnerships to fill in the blanks for the areas where we do not have the relevant experience.

Our Approach

We believe that every go-to-market project should have a sound, well-thought-out strategy behind it. We use various techniques, including consumer research, Purpose sessions, Business Model Canvas development, secondary research, lots of thinking and arguing, and other tools we have experience with.

Our Pricing

We charge for our help based on the services we provide. If you need just strategy work, we charge a consulting fee for our time. If you need launch campaign implementation help, we throw in the strategy work for free and charge a markup on the services we use for your campaign, whether internal or external to The Marketing Distillery.
