Our History

Our founder, Jane Bodman Converse, made her way from the J. Walter Thompson agency in Chicago to vice president of marketing at a large Peoria manufacturer before building a world-class agency of her own. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to building brands and developing communications for companies large and small. Her unique approach to clear and honest communications has led to countless successes for our clients.
