Our business was launched in October 2020 by Andy Facer, a travel industry professional with over 25 years of experience.

We are innovators who are constantly looking for new and different ways to tailor-make solutions that deliver great results for our clients. Our team are well-respected by the UK & Irish travel trade and boast a demonstrated understanding of sales, marketing, PR, and new business development to highlight your destination or attraction.

Our team consists of highly qualified and motivated professionals who are experts in their field. With many years of experience in the industry, they have the expertise to provide comprehensive, first-rate services to our clients. Andy Facer, the Owner and Managing Director, has worked in the travel industry for over 25 years in a variety of roles. He has a strong commercial background, having worked in product, contracting, commercial, and representation roles. His strengths are developing lasting relationships and communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Andy is on the Board of Directors and vice chair of the Visit USA Association (UK) and is a highly respected and well-liked within the UK travel industry.

Surinder Manku, the PR Director, has over 20 years' experience in the travel industry spanning from airlines, cruise lines, destination sectors, and managing PR departments in-house and agency in the UK, Ireland, and EMEA. Her expertise is in media relations, strategic PR planning, organizing and leading press trips, film crews, promoting new routes & itineraries, and crisis management. Surinder is also a member of the Visit USA PR Committee in the UK.
